What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the exact condition you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Note: For electronics like earbuds, the packaging must remain factory-sealed to qualify for a return or refund, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return?
Please do not send any items back without receiving confirmation from us first. To start a return:
- Email us at info@havaltech.com.
- Include your Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return. Our team will reply with instructions and the correct shipping address.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you received a defective or damaged item, Haval Tech covers the cost (we will arrange a pickup or reimburse the fee). If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method or as store credit. (Note: If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are sent via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet).
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, items missing their original box or accessories, items showing signs of wear, or gift cards/promotional freebies.
Does my Haval Tech product come with a warranty?
Yes! We offer a warranty covering repair or replacement for valid claims. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase is mandatory. Please note that the warranty covers repair or replacement; it does not include refunds.
How quickly do I need to report a problem?
- Physical Issues: Any physical damage, broken products, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Software Issues: Software malfunctions, app connectivity, or performance issues must be reported within 07 days of receiving the product.
- Note: Any complaints reported after 7 days will only be eligible for repair, not a full replacement.
How do I make a warranty claim?
First, contact us so our team can try to resolve the issue via call or email. If a repair or replacement is needed, you will need to ship the product to us. We will provide a replacement of equivalent condition within 15–20 working days.
