Warranty Policy

At HAVAL TECH LIMITED, we stand behind the quality and durability of our tech products. This Warranty Policy explains the terms under which our products are covered, the duration of coverage, and how you can make a warranty claim.


1. Warranty Coverage

HAVAL offers a standard 6-month limited warranty on most products, including:

  • Universal adapters

  • Chargers

  • Earbuds

  • Headphones

  • Other electronic accessories

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.


2. What’s Covered

During the warranty period, HAVAL will repair or replace (at our discretion) a product or part that proves defective due to improper manufacturing or materials. This includes:

  • Internal hardware malfunctions

  • Charging or connectivity issues

  • Defective buttons or ports

  • Sound or performance issues unrelated to user damage


3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence

  • Water damage (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss or theft

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect product functionality


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team at support@haval.co.uk

  2. Include your order number, product name, and a detailed description of the issue

  3. Attach photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)

  4. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps

We may request that the defective item be returned for inspection.


5. Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, HAVAL may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product (same or equivalent model)

  • Repair service at no cost

  • Partial or full refund (in some cases)

Shipping costs related to warranty replacements may be covered by us depending on the situation.


6. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required for all warranty claims. Claims without proof of purchase may be denied.


7. Limitation of Liability

HAVAL shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
