Warranty & Complaint Policy

At Haval Tech, we are committed to delivering a seamless and reliable experience. To ensure smooth processing of any complaint or warranty request, customers are requested to follow the timelines and guidelines below.


1. Complaint Timelines

⚠️ Within 24 Hours (Physical Issues)

Report within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Physical damage or broken product
  • Wrong or missing items

📅 Within 07 Days (Software Issues)

Report within 07 days of receiving:

  • Software malfunctions
  • App connectivity or performance issues

🔧 After 07 Days

Complaints reported after 07 days will only be eligible for repair, not replacement.

2. Policy Exemptions & Usage

To ensure a valid warranty claim, customers must follow these usage guidelines:

📡 Bluetooth Range: Devices perform best within a 10-meter range.

⚡ Charging: Do not use fast chargers. Avoid overcharging.

📱 Mobile App: Ensure the app is running in the background for syncing.

💧 Water Resistance: Water damage beyond rated resistance is not covered.

🔋 Battery Timings: Performance varies based on usage.

❤️ Health Features: Readings are not for medical diagnosis.

👀 Appearance: Colors may vary due to screen displays.

🛡️ Shock Protection: Avoid drops or placing on rough surfaces.

⚠️ Important Notice: If any of the above guidelines are violated, the warranty claim may be rejected.

3. Warranty Claim Guidelines

  • Warranty is valid only for the first purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory for all claims.
  • Warranty covers repair or replacement only. Refunds are not included.
  • Warranty registration can be completed online.
  • Our team will first try to resolve the issue via call or email.
  • If repair/replacement is required, customers must ship the product to our address.
  • Shipping through our courier partner is free of charge.
  • Haval Tech is not responsible for transit delays or damage.
  • Replacements will be of equivalent condition. (Processing: 15–20 working days).
  • If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the remaining amount before dispatch.
  • Allergies or skin reactions caused by the product are not covered.
  • In case the original color is unavailable, an alternative color may be provided.

4. Warranty Validity Conditions

Warranty will not apply if:

  • Color dullness occurs due to regular wear and tear.
  • Visibility reduces due to dust, dirt, or moisture buildup inside.
  • The warranty period has expired.
  • The product was not used according to instructions.
  • Damage is caused by: Misuse, unauthorized repair, pet/child damage, extreme temperatures, water logging, non-recommended chargers, voltage fluctuations, or accidents.
